Just got my first case of TVP, stored it in Mylar bags for storage and had a cup left when finished. Fixed it that night using a beef bullion cube, couple of tbs of Worcestershire sauce (my wife loves it), and one tsp of soy sauce. Let it set till cool enough to form into patties then added two tbs of flour and one egg. Fried in just a little oil so it wouldn't stick and gave it to the grandchildren and myself fixed like a hamburger. We all loved them and my granddaughter that just told us last week she was now a "vegetarian" loved it also! I'm placing my second order for another case right now!
