Pinto beans have been part of my family's cuisine since time itself. I have been buying Woodstock Farms for several years because they are of the highest quality and grown the way nature intended. They capture the spirit of my grandmother's New Mexico-style cooking better than any I have tried.
I feel that I need to slow cook these for longer than the typical grocery store variety, but my mom disagrees. They are well worth the wait. I highly recommend them, as long as you leave some for me.
